The situation
Promevo sells several different things: gPanel, its own SaaS product for managing Google Workspace, ChromeOS hardware and licenses, and AI and cloud services delivered by its consulting team. They also resell Google Cloud products such as Workspace and Looker. Each of those lines has a unique go to market (GTM) motion and a dedicated sales team.
All of those need a GTM system that could bring prospects in, move each one to the right sales motion, and keep customers renewing after the sale. And those are just the big milestones. In the middle of each of these are complex processes for things like assignment, enrichment, intent and targeting, nurturing, scoring,
This is the kind of work people now call go-to-market engineering: designing the whole path a customer travels, then building the tools and data that move them along it.

What I built
Attract
The website and content optimized for SEO/GEO, an ABM landing page system for target accounts, live webinars and video, paid media across search, social, and influencers, and email nurture that keeps prospects warm until they are ready to talk.
Convert
Forms and conversational chat that capture intent, lead scoring that separates the curious from the serious, and inbound routing that gets each lead to the right rep’s calendar within seconds of conversion. For accounts that appear to fall outside ICP, an AI SDR to identify actual potential.
Close
Sales enablement collateral and tools, pipelines that match how each product is actually sold, and an ecommerce path for buyers who would rather purchase on their own, a product-led motion for gPanel alongside the sales-led motion for services.
Retain and grow
A clean handoff from sales to customer success, subscription tool integration into HubSpot, and a renewal system that created deals with pre-populated line items based on previous subscriptions.
Holding it together
Integrations with billing, support, and provisioning systems keep the CRM in step with the rest of the business. An ongoing enrichment process built with Apollo.io to keep data clean and identify client champions changing jobs. Multi-touch attribution and departmental dashboards sit on top, so marketing, sales, and customer success all read from the same numbers.
What changed
Every team works from one customer record, from the first website visit through each renewal and all the support tickets in between. Marketing can see which programs produce revenue instead of guessing, sales gets leads that arrive scored and routed, and customer success knows what was promised before the first call.
