Services
There are four ways I work with teams. Every engagement starts with a short call and a written scope, so you know what you’re getting, when, and what it costs before any work begins.
HubSpot implementations and rebuilds
For teams starting on HubSpot, moving to it from another platform, or living with a portal nobody fully understands anymore.
- Portal setup: properties, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and user permissions
- Migrations from Marketo, Pardot, or Salesforce, including data, forms, emails, and workflows
- Audits and cleanups: duplicate records, unused properties, broken workflows, and lists nobody trusts
- Documentation your team can follow after the project ends
Usually scoped as a fixed project.
Go to Market Engineering
For teams whose CRM doesn’t talk to the rest of the business, or whose pipeline reports nobody believes.
- Connecting HubSpot to billing, product, support, or admissions systems through native connectors, Zapier, or custom code
- Lead routing, assignment, and scoring
- Multi-touch attribution and revenue reporting
- Automation that keeps lifecycle stages and data clean without anyone babysitting it
A recent example: a tuition estimate calculator for a higher-ed program, built entirely with HubSpot forms and calculated properties.
Fractional marketing ops
For teams that need someone to own the marketing stack but aren’t ready for a full-time hire.
- Ongoing workflow, list, and campaign support
- Reporting and dashboard upkeep
- Evaluating and setting up new tools
- A standing check-in with your team
Runs month to month.
HubSpot training
For teams that have HubSpot but use a fraction of it. I’m a Certified HubSpot Trainer.
- Workshops built around your own portal and processes
- Sessions for marketing, sales, or service teams
- Recordings and written guides your team keeps
Remote, or in person in the Salt Lake City area.
How working together goes
- Intro call. Thirty minutes to talk through what’s going on and whether I’m the right fit.
- Written scope. What I’ll do, the timeline, and the cost, in plain language.
- The work. Regular check-ins, and access to what I’m building as I build it.
- Handoff. Documentation and a walkthrough, so your team can run it without me.
Not sure which of these fits?
Describe the problem and I’ll tell you how I’d approach it.
